Massage Therapy
Let’s get physical! BFLO Hydration offers massage therapy, either as a standalone treatment or a complement to our esthetic services and iv therapies. Massage Therapy is a great asset to have in your health strategy arsenal. As one of the oldest and most effective forms of holistic wellness, massage therapy is a healing art that manipulates soft tissue through rubbing, pressing, and kneading to promote relaxation, manage pain, reduce stress, and boost your overall mood and well-being.
If you’re experiencing:
- persistent muscle pain
- ongoing discomfort
- a limited range of motion
- frequent headaches
- poor posture
- repetitive muscle strain or fatigue
- chronic stress or anxiety
massage therapy could be the solution.
BFLO Hydration offers four types of massages to improve flexibility, alleviate pain, enhance recovery, reduce inflammation, relieve stress, improve sleep quality, and boost your mood. From expectant mothers to athletes to the everyday man or woman, we have a massage for you!

Swedish Massage
A Swedish Massage uses long, flowing strokes paired with kneading and circular movements on the topmost muscle layer to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
A Deep Tissue Massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, applying slow strokes and direct pressure on muscles, tendons, and tissues to relieve chronic muscle problems. This massage is great for chronic back or neck problems, stiffness, muscle injuries, and mobility issues.

Sports Massage
A Sports Massage targets specific muscle groups related to individual sports to support movement, prevent injury, enhance performance, speed up recovery, and treat muscle problems. This is ideal for athletes or active individuals who experience pain or problems due to repetitive motions.

Prenatal Massage
A Prenatal Massage is similar to a Swedish Massage which aims at reducing anxiety, improving lympathic flow and blood circulation, alleviating joint pain and muscle aches, decreasing symptoms of depression, and regulating mood.
