Press Release

While providers around the country continue to recover from the national IV fluids shortage brought about by Hurricane Helene damage, we are thrilled to announce that we have started to get IV fluids delivered on a regular basis.

As such, we are now able to resume offering fluids to our clients, effective immediately.

We want to convey our deepest gratitude to all of our clients for your continued support and patience throughout this period. The push versions of our IV cocktails will continue to be offered permanently on our menu, but we are also now able to resume offering our IV cocktails with bags of fluids as well. The IV pushes have been a surprisingly popular offering, giving our clients the ability to get the vitamins they love while saving time and money, and will continue to be available moving forward in our offices and concierge services.

Providers nationwide are still playing a game of catch-up with fluids, so we will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as needed. We have continuously been getting closer and closer to our normal levels of fluid shipments, and foresee the situation continuing to improve.

We thank everyone again for your understanding and support and we look forward to seeing everyone back in our offices soon!

As many of you may have heard, a manufacturing plant in North Carolina responsible for 60% of the nation’s IV fluids was shut down by Hurricane Helene. Another major IV fluids plant in Florida is in the projected path of Hurricane Milton. Hospitals and other businesses around the country are already facing a massive IV fluids shortage due to the hurricane damage and we are anticipating the federal government will soon declare a national emergency

Hospitals are canceling elective procedures that require IV fluids and significantly limiting who they administer IV fluids to in order to ration supplies. As such, we will also be limiting IV fluids administration.

Our top priority is to continue offering our clients the best possible care and customer service no matter what. We also want to make sure we are being cognizant of prioritizing emergency services over elective in the face of this crisis. Our incredible team of nurses is working to put together creative solutions to continue offering the high quality services you’ve come to expect – we are able to offer the vast majority of our existing IV cocktail menu as IV pushes in the interim while the fluids shortage is handled nationally.

We will continue to offer IV fluids to those who need it most, under our nursing staff and medical director’s discretion. We do not anticipate our other services – vitamin injections, infrared sauna, Hydrafacial, etc. – being affected during this time.

We will continue to keep our clients informed as the situation evolves and greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this national crisis.
